Ten Tree International Inc is a federally incorporated Vancouver apparel brand run by its co-founders with one outside investor, the Vancouver family office Lyra Growth Partners. Design and staff are in Vancouver, but the company does no manufacturing: its 2024 supply chain report puts 63 percent of production in China and the rest in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey, and the Philippines, with cotton from India and Turkey and Lenzing fibres from Europe.

Corporations Canada lists Ten Tree International Inc as an active CBCA corporation with a Vancouver registered office, directors Derrick Emsley, David Luba, and Charles Chang at Vancouver addresses, and an individuals with significant control register confirmed in November 2025 that names nobody, so no single holder has 25 percent or more. Chang's Lyra Growth Partners, a Vancouver family office, lists tentree as a current growth investment and web search results name it as the only institutional investor since 2018, so the shares appear to sit with the Canadian co-founders and a Canadian investor; the registry does not publish the cap table, and the BC extra-provincial record and OpenCorporates could not be checked.

The company's 2024 report under the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, signed by both co-founders, states that tentree does not engage in manufacturing and charts 2024 production volume as 62.66 percent China, 14.23 percent India, 13.60 percent Vietnam, 6.37 percent Indonesia, 1.64 percent Turkey, 1.49 percent Philippines, and 0.02 percent Poland across 27 Tier 1 factories. The Poland share rounds to zero, so everything falls in OTHER; the ethical manufacturing page and The CANADA List say the same in general terms.

The registered and contact office is 230 - 1275 Venables Street in Vancouver, the supply chain report says the company has no physical stores, the 2024 impact report refers to its Vancouver-based team, and the only open role on the Workable careers page is in Vancouver. No headcount is published and LinkedIn could not be checked; a US distribution partner may exist but the company names none.

The 2024 impact report gives a fibre footprint of 48 percent organic and Fairtrade cotton, 19 percent recycled polyester, 11 percent TENCEL lyocell, and 16 percent other preferred fibres including Lenzing ECOVERO, and names Fairtrade cotton from the Pratibha Vasudha cooperative in Madhya Pradesh, India; the sustainability page cites cotton sourced in Turkey, and the 22 Tier 2 fabric mills sit in the same Asian production countries. Lenzing fibres are Austrian, so the EU share is an estimate for lyocell and viscose, and the small CA share reflects Vancouver design plus the Shopify storefront; the company does not publish a country split for its fibre origins.
