Petit Lem is a children's sleepwear, playwear and swimwear brand of Groupe Lemur Inc., a federally incorporated family apparel importer at 275 Stinson in Montreal whose significant-control register names Gabriel Di Miele as holder of more than 75 percent of the shares. The group's 2025 statutory forced-labour report says its garments are made by suppliers in China, Cambodia and Vietnam from cotton grown in India, the United States, Brazil, Australia, Africa and China, so the design, ownership and the 100-plus head office staff are Canadian while the product itself is not.

The 2025 forced-labour report says the group has over 100 employees at its Montreal head office, runs its e-commerce from its Montreal warehouse, and stations quality control coordinators in China, Cambodia and Vietnam; the US and Vancouver warehouses it names are third-party. The Petit Lem shipping page confirms all orders originate from Montreal. The size of the Asia team is not disclosed, so the 0.1 share is an estimate.

Petit Lem's products are mostly organically grown cotton blended with modal and elastane, and the group's 2025 report says its raw cotton comes from India, the United States, Brazil, Australia, Africa and three Chinese provinces, with GOTS-certified organic fibre from India, Brazil and Turkey, and that the Cambodian and Vietnamese factories use materials imported from China. No proportions are published, so the split is an estimate that gives the United States a small share and everything else to OTHER; the origin of the modal is not disclosed. The direct storefront runs on Shopify, a Canadian platform, and is one channel among several.
