Octave's terms of use name GoodMorning.com Inc., Edmonton AB, as the owner and operator of octavesleep.ca. Wikipedia describes GoodMorning.com as founded in 2009 by siblings Sam, Andy, and Helenka Prochazka and still a private Canadian company, with no acquisition or outside investor reported. Corporations Canada's federal register returned zero results for GoodMorning.com under several name variants, so it is likely registered provincially in Alberta, which was not checked.

Manufacturing

The vendor states its mattresses are 'Researched, Designed & Made in Canada' and built with 'trusted fabric and foam suppliers, together with long-standing manufacturers'; madeinca.ca's listing corroborates 'Manufactured In: Canada.' Octave sells only through its .ca storefront with no US channel found, unlike the Pennsylvania production Wikipedia reports for GoodMorning.com's US-market orders, so no US manufacturing share is assumed for this brand.

The vendor names its foam technologies (CopperGel memory foam, aerated latex, ecoLuxe cooling gel foam, Elastex foam) and says it works with 'trusted fabric and foam suppliers' and 'long-standing manufacturers' but never names their countries. This mix is an estimate assuming a mostly domestic but partly imported specialty-foam supply chain typical of Canadian mattress-in-a-box brands; it was not possible to verify where the fabric and foam inputs actually ship from.
