Nutram

Nutram's own about page states it is family-owned and 100% Canadian. Corporations Canada's federal search returns zero results for both "Nutram" and "Elmira Pet Products," consistent with a provincial rather than federal incorporation, and the Ontario Business Registry could not be searched by fetch since it requires an interactive session. No SEC filing, Wikipedia article, or press report found ties Nutram or an Elmira Pet Products entity to a US or other foreign parent; a Darling International 8-K that mentions "Elmira Pet Products Ltd." lists it only as a rendering customer, not an owner or subsidiary.

• About us – Nutram · the vendor's own site “Nutram is a family-owned, 100% Canadian company devoted to pet wellbeing”

Nutram states its recipes are made in Canada at its own private manufacturing plant, the first in Canada to earn British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification, in 2012. The site's product pickup listings place that plant and warehouse at 43 Howard Avenue, Elmira, Ontario.

• Nutram · the vendor's own site “Elmira Warehouse Pickup available, usually ready in 5+ days 43 Howard Avenue Elmira ON N3B 2C9 Canada”

The only address and phone number Nutram publishes are for its Elmira, Ontario plant and warehouse, and the vendor describes itself as a single Canadian company; no other office or facility is named anywhere on the site.

Nutram advertises full supplier and ingredient traceability and a "farm to bowl" approach but does not publish a country breakdown of where its ingredients come from. The CANADA List directory notes the brand is Canadian-owned and manufactured in Elmira but that some minor ingredients may be sourced internationally, so this mix estimates a Canadian majority with a minority of US and other imported inputs rather than reporting a documented split.
