Factors

Ownership

100.0 reported

CA 100%

GoodMorning.com Inc. was founded in Edmonton in 2009 by siblings Sam, Andy and Helenka Prochazka and remains privately held with no reported outside parent or private equity stake; Logan & Cove is one of its house brands. Corporations Canada's federal search returned zero results for both "GoodMorning.com" and "Logan and Cove", so the entity is likely registered provincially in Alberta; that registry was not checked, so confidence rests on the vendor's own site and Wikipedia rather than a filing.

Manufacturing

100.0 reported

CA 100%

Logan & Cove markets itself as made in Canada throughout its site, and madeinca.ca lists it as "Manufactured In: Canada". Wikipedia confirms GoodMorning.com's Canadian-market mattresses (under the company's original Novosbed line) are built in the Toronto area, with a separate Pennsylvania facility only for US orders; Logan & Cove sells only on a .ca domain with no sign of US manufacturing or shipping, so its production is treated as entirely Canadian.

GoodMorning.com's head office and Logan & Cove's contact address are both in Edmonton, Alberta, and Wikipedia corroborates Edmonton as the company's headquarters since founding; the brand also runs its own GoodMorning Mattress Store showrooms in Edmonton and the Toronto area.

Neither the vendor's site nor madeinca.ca discloses where mattress components (foam, coils, fabric) are sourced from. Since sister brand Novosbed sources for a Toronto-area plant serving Canada and a separate Pennsylvania plant for the US, the supply chain is judged to draw mainly on North American suppliers split between Canada and the US; this split is an estimate, not a published figure.
