Wikipedia reports the company was founded in 2009 by siblings Sam, Andy, and Helenka Prochazka with personal savings and remains privately held with no reported outside investors or acquisition. A Corporations Canada federal search for the name returned zero results, so the entity is likely provincially incorporated in Alberta; the Alberta Corporate Registry was not checked.

The vendor states mattresses are designed in Canada and manufactured by Canadian production partners across the country, without naming specific cities. Wikipedia and madeinca.ca corroborate Canadian manufacturing for the Canadian-market mattresses (Wikipedia places Canadian production in the Toronto area; a separate Pennsylvania line serves US orders only and does not affect what a Canadian buyer receives).

The vendor confirms foam meets CertiPUR-US certification and states that certain accessories are made internationally to source specific materials, but names no countries for foam, coils, or fabric inputs. This mix is an estimate reflecting North American mattress-industry sourcing plus an acknowledged international component for some accessories; it could not be verified against a supplier list.
