Co-founder and CEO Gary Lenett (Vancouver) told the Globe and Mail in September 2026 that co-founder Abid Hafeez, who runs the Pakistan manufacturing operation, owns the other half of the company. BC's OrgBook registry confirms Pimlico Performance Apparel Ltd. is an active British Columbia corporation (registered 2012) but, like most provincial filings, does not disclose the shareholder split, and a federal Corporations Canada search returns zero results, consistent with a provincial rather than federal incorporation. The CANADA List directory simplifies this to fully Canadian-owned; this card follows the more detailed founder statement instead.

Duer's own factories page names two partner facilities: a factory the founders bought in Lahore, Pakistan, which makes the Performance Denim and No Sweat lines, and a partner facility in Shanghai, China, brought on in 2016, which makes the Limitless Stretch and Never Fade lines. No production is described in Canada, the US, or the EU, so manufacturing is allocated entirely to OTHER; the exact revenue split between the two facilities is not published.

HQ and design are based in Vancouver. The vendor's own store locator lists 10 Duer retail stores in Canada (Vancouver, Victoria, two in Calgary, Banff, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Mississauga, Toronto, Ottawa) against 4 in the US (Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver). Duer does not publish employee headcounts, so this mix uses store footprint as a proxy and counts the Pakistan and China factory staff as outside Duer's own workforce since they belong to manufacturing partners.

The fabrics page lists fibre blends (for example, cotton, polyester, and LYCRA spandex) but not where the raw materials or mill fabric come from. Since finishing happens at the Pakistan and China factories described in the factories page and nothing on the site claims Canadian or EU sourced fabric, inputs are inferred to follow manufacturing rather than any documented Canadian or EU input.
