BeOneBreed

The vendor's own terms of service name the operating entity as "Groupe Legault, its subsidiaries, parent companies, related, associated, connected and affiliated companies" at the same Beloeil, QC address as the storefront, with no foreign parent or investor mentioned anywhere on the site. Corporations Canada's federal register returns one hit for "Groupe Legault" (Groupe Legault 2017 Inc., corporation 1021065-0), but it is dissolved for non-compliance and its registered office is a different Quebec address (St-Joseph-du-Lac) with a lone director, Simon Legault, so it cannot be confirmed as the entity behind this brand; the Registraire des entreprises du Quebec, which would resolve this, could not be reached from this session.

The vendor states its OBEE! toy line goes "from development to production, including design and packaging," in Canada, but no other collection (beds, cat trees, bowls, collars, harnesses) carries a country-of-origin claim on its own or its product pages. OBEE! is one line within a much larger catalogue, so this agent estimates it at roughly 15% of product lines and treats the rest as made overseas, consistent with typical sourcing for bamboo cat furniture, foam beds and plastic bowls; no factory or country was confirmed for the unlabelled majority.

The vendor gives one office address in Beloeil, QC and describes itself as "a team of over 20 passionate pet lovers," with no other location mentioned; treated as a single-site business.

OBEE! products use Cycle.mattr, a proprietary food-grade material developed for the Canadian-made line, but the bulk of the catalogue is built from globally sourced commodity inputs (bamboo, foam, fabric, plastic) with no origin stated; this agent estimates materials follow the same rough split as manufacturing, weighted toward overseas sourcing, since no supplier or country was confirmed for the unlabelled majority.
